Location Description:
Post Consumer Brands in Cobourg, Ontario is home to more than 140 team members and produces the majority of the company’s Non-GMO Project Verified and organic products. Cobourg’s historic downtown is just a short trip from the plant, perfect for an after-work walk on the towns many pathways and beautiful parks. At Post, you’ll not only be a part of a collaborative manufacturing team, but also the community, with the opportunity to participate in a variety of volunteer activities throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Weekly Payroll Administration for Hourly Employees
- Perform General Administrative duties including filing and scanning documents
- Perform Report Maintenance and Manipulation of data
- Assisting in recruitment activities
- Executing onboarding process (Coordinating orientation, preparing documents)
- Handling of employee records and paperwork in a confidential manner
- Any other tasks assigned to assist the HR departments daily functions
Qualifications:
- Working towards or interested in a Career in Human Resources or a business function alike
- Preference given to recent Graduate of Business Administration or HR, and/or payroll experience/education
- Those with interest in the field with no experience are also encouraged to apply
