Precision Recruitment Inc. Looking for Accounts Receivable and Credit Manager at LaSalle, Quebec Full Time

Full-time. Permanent.

Responsibilities:
• Hire, train, motivate and evaluate accounts receivable staff;
• Ensuring the recovery of the company’s debts;
• Negotiate with customers in case of non-payment;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports;
• Organize registrations of deposits and payment notices;
• Ensure the quality and compliance with invoicing and collection procedures;
• Maintain and manage the department’s key performance indicators;
• Manage relationships with collection agencies, credit reporting agencies, credit insurance providers and the sales department;
• Maintain the company’s credit policy;
• Manage customer credit files;
• Perform all other related tasks.

Profil:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, banking and finance and/or in a relevant field;
• Credit Certification;
• Experience as a manager or a supervisor of accounts receivable, credit or in a similar role;
• Thorough understanding of credit insurance procedures;
• Knowledge of accounting softwares;
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced formulas;
• Leadership and team spirit;
• Excellent oral and written communication;
• French and English bilingualism.
