We specialize in advising individuals and businesses on Canadian immigration and citizenship since 2000. Our services include Business Work Permits for Employees, Temporary Visas, Permanent Visas, Citizenship, and more. We offer services in English, French, Spanish, and German to help our clients with their immigration journey.

Position Overview: I am seeking a dynamic Marketing and Client Services Specialist to support me in various marketing initiatives and client communication tasks, this is a part-time hybrid role. It requires a creative individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively engage with my clients and manage marketing campaigns to enhance the firm’s visibility. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote services and engage with audience.
• Create compelling content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Manage Google Ad campaigns and analyze their performance to optimize results.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via email and other communication channels.
• Assist in scheduling and preparing for client consultations.
• Coordinate and send service agreements to clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Provide light accounting support as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in client services or customer support, digital marketing, social media management and Google Ad campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong self-sufficiency skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
• Previous experience in Canadian immigration law and procedures is a plus.
• German / French or Spanish language skills is benficial.
