Prometric of Winnipeg is looking for an Administrator/Proctor: The successful candidate will work two to five days per week and must be available to work weekends and evenings. Proctor shifts will be 3-8 hours, within the hours of 7am to 8pm Monday thru Friday, and 7am to 7pm on Saturdays. Test centre schedule varies from week to week, so flexibility is a must.
Proctor Test Administrators will greet testing candidates, check proper identification, check-in test takers and follow testing rules and regulations, monitor test takers, and assist in administering computer-based exams in a professional environment. Administrators must maintain testing facilities, be alert and present observing at all times, have a positive attitude, and able to work under time sensitive timelines.
Applicants should possess strong customer service, communication, multi-tasking, and basic PC skills. Professional demeanor in attire and conduct, the ability to work as a part of a team, follow directions and lift up to 40 pounds is required. Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while administering exams and perform periodic walk-throughs is necessary.
Candidates must have a valid high school diploma, meet background check requirements, and have no felony convictions.
