PTW is hiring a HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR to join our team in Rockyview County! The HR Administrator is responsible for human resources administrative support for corporate and field operations. The HR Administrator has a business-oriented approach, strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to take initiative and enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A day in the life…
- Provide Administrative support for candidate and new hire employee processing.
- Ensure all incoming invoices are received/scanned/entered in systems and actioned.
- Support pre-employment screening and onboarding process.
- Respond to inquiries and queries (calls and emails) from potential candidates, employees and stakeholders.
- Extract onboarding documents from the Applicant Tracking System and forward to payroll for processing.
- Maintain an organized system to manage operational labour needs by tracking existing industrial employees.
Requirements:
- 1-2 Years experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in trades recruitment in a fast-paced environment is an asset.
Outstanding organizational skills.- Results-oriented –strong problem-solving skills – self-starter – ability to work independently with minimal supervision – ability to handle multiple, and possibly competing priorities.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and has a sense of urgency.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
GOOD TO KNOW
- Must have own transportation as office location is not accessible with public transportation.
