- Assess situations and prioritize calls
- Assist customers in setting up service repair for their appliances, check availability of technicians and make appointments for service calls.
- Other related duties as necessary
Qualifications for this position:
- Past dispatching / scheduling experience is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills are essential
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team as needed
- Ability to work efficiently in fast paced / high volume work environment
- Must be proficient with computers
