Public Electric and Appliance Repaid Limited Looking for Office Assistant at Louisdale, NS Full Time

The ideal candidate will need to handle multiple inbound/outbound phone calls simultaneously, be courteous over the phone and able to multi-task. Must have basic computer skills and great customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer phones
• Assist customers in setting up service repair for their appliances, check availability of technicians and make appointments for service calls.
• Greet customers entering the building
• Other related duties as necessary

Qualifications for this position:

• Exceptional organizational skills are essential
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team as needed
• Ability to work efficiently in fast paced / high volume work environment
• Must be proficient with computers

This position will start as part time with the possibility of moving to full time during. We will require full-time coverage for vacations of full time staff as well as in our busy season. Salary to be negotiated.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
