Our company is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience running a busy restaurant environment, the ability to make quick and accurate decisions, and be able to inspire staff members to work as a team. Our Restaurant Manager will work directly with our executives to create top-quality customer experiences and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations. This includes menu development, training new staff members and monitoring profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a complete understanding of all aspects of the restaurant business.
• Implement and monitor restaurant policies.
• Be able to identify and respond to customer needs, complaints, and issues.
• Manage staff schedules and work shifts.
• Coordinate with suppliers in regard to inventory levels and order new products as needed.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Read and understand business financial statements and reports.
• Manage profit and loss statements.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
