QuadReal is looking to hire an experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting new role that will help define and create QuadReal’s talent sourcing strategy.
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for finding, connecting and building relationships with passive candidates. You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand where support is needed and create strategies on how to target relevant talent pools. The Sourcing Specialist will supply qualified candidates for hard to fill and frequently needed positions across the organization, while providing a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute an external sourcing plan to build strong talent pools and successfully identify, attract, and hire qualified talent across all geographies and business units.
Participate in the development of a candidate relationship management process to effectively generate leads, create pipelines, build relationships, and recruit passive candidates for recurring/critical positions.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to create a more comprehensive talent pool/pipeline process within Workday/Phenom People to effectively track and manage sourced candidates.
Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments within Talent Acquisition via researching industry trends, networking with peers and completing professional developmental activities.
Continuously look for ways to improve processes and discuss with the greater Talent Acquisition team to implement these changes.
Assist in the development of key metrics to measure the success of the Sourcing function.
Help with referral reach outs to provide a positive experience for referred candidates.
Act as a subject matter expert for the ongoing training and development of sourcing skills and strategies for the Talent Acquisition team.
Required Experience:
3 plus years of experience in a dedicated sourcing specialist role supporting a wide range of roles. Previous experience in a talent acquisition specialist role would also be preferred.
Proven skills in candidate sourcing using a variety of different techniques and tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, CRM and Boolean search techniques.
Experience in the areas of lead generation, pipeline development, and complex offer negotiations.
Previous experience utilizing and optimizing recruiting platforms to support candidate sourcing strategies for evergreen and hard to fill roles.
Experience with talent marketing and comfort using social media and talent campaigns to attract relevant talent would be preferred.
Flexibility, adaptability, and comfort working with ambiguity in a fast paced and high-volume talent acquisition function.
Proven ability to take initiative, act decisively, and adjust to changing priorities.
Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Able to operate independently to create recruitment sourcing pipelines and build a talent community.
Experience recruiting across a wide variety of roles, such as Finance, IT, Operations and Investments or related industry experience is preferred. Experience in a Corporate environment would also be a plus.
