QualNet is a Canadian company dedicated to the installation and maintenance of cellular networks and structures. We are looking for an experienced construction manager to join our team with excellent understanding of our industry (new site build, antenna systems, in build solutions, rooftops, and towers).
General Responsibilities
- oversee all aspects of the assigned projects to insure quality, profitability, and client’s satisfaction
- End-to-end accountability of project delivery
- deliver projects as per client’s specifications and with respect to prescribed delays
- assure and maintain client’s satisfaction/relationships
- develop new business opportunities
- attend bid walks
- provide/participate in RFP, RFQ and RFI as per client’s requirements
- prepare budgets
Skills And Qualification
- Strong relationship and organizational skills
- Good capability of working under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and understand engineering and construction drawings
- Solid experience in the wireless cellular telecommunication industry
- Strong leadership, team spirit and sense of responsibility
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual would be an asset
