Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Live Chat Agent. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with customers in the telecommunications industry. • Effectively resolve customer complaints or conflicts by listening attentively and offering appropriate solutions within company guidelines.
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Document all interactions thoroughly in the customer management system for future reference.
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales or technical support to provide comprehensive assistance to customers.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar accuracy.
• Ability to work independently from home while maintaining focus during working hours (full-time schedule).
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with live chat software platforms and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards of work.
