Advantages
Part time opportunity for a contract position that has the ability to be extended
Competitive pay rate of $25 an hour
Flexible on which days you can work!
Hours of the days that you will be in the office is 8 am to 4 pm
Responsibilities
Working with the Accounting team to ensure that invoices are processed correctly into the QuickBooks system
Fining any discrepancies with billing issues and investigating the matters to avoid those issues in the future
Calling customers to verify information on the Accounting system is correct
Creating reports and generating documents related to company finances.
Process a high volume of information
Work with the teams to streamline processes
Qualifications
QuickBooks is a requirement for someone in this position
Ability to work well with others
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment where a lot of information is shared in the office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Past experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is an asset.
