WHO ARE YOU?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce or administration.
- You have seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in a similar position.
- You speak French and English very well.
- You have an advanced command of Excel, in addition to mastering the other software in the Office suite.
- You master SAP Business One (asset) or another ERP software.
- You are resourceful, autonomous, a team player, and you exercise discretion in your tasks.
- You communicate well, are organized, have initiative, and have excellent analytical and judgment skills.
- You want to be respected, have latitude when carrying out your tasks, and collaborate with sincere and open people.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Under the supervision of the Director of Finance, you will:
- Carry out the complete accounting cycle (month-end and year-end process and production of financial statements and monthly bank and government reports).
- Provide support for the preparation of year-end audits and assist external auditors as needed.
- Analyze financial statements and cost prices.
- Ensure the monthly review of costs, profitability and progress of projects.
- Plan and monitor cash flow.
- Participate in the budget process.
- Invoice and track account receivable.
- Provide support and produce payroll, as well as year-end reports and statements.
- Participate in the organization’s growth process through multiple projects (e.g. financial optimization).
- Provide administrative support for permanent files (e.g. banking relationships) and the tasks of the Administrative Clerk.
- Perform and monitor all internal controls under its responsibility.
- Going to the gym, eating on the terrace, participating in several group activities, pushing us out of our comfort zone. In short, work while having fun!
