A well-known Recycling company is looking for a Receptionist/Office Clerk to join their team, full time in office, seated at the front of house.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct telephone calls (50 calls per day)
Respond to inquiries by email or telephone
Act as point of contact for internal and external customers
Data entry (in-house system)
Entering payables
Manage administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Assist in the preparation of regular reports
Generate reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
