Human Resources – Recruiter
HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Develop job postings and post jobs on company website and external job boards

(unbranded/branded)

• Proactively source talent and build talent pipelines
• Lead and facilitate recruitment process (sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, making

and negotiating offers)

• Conduct high volume Interviews and assess candidates in partnership with hiring panels
• Responsible for candidate scheduling, stage transitions and pipeline management
• Leverage the Application Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all candidate data is

captured in the ATS

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
2+ years of experience with high volume recruitment

• Recruitment within the blue-collar industry preferred
• LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS experience is an asset
• Motivated individual with a willingness to learn
• Can-do attitude
