The Talent Manager is an HR Leader who is responsible for translating the Read Jones Christoffersen (“RJC”) corporate objectives to develop and execute the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategy and to support the company’s long-term talent needs. This role is for someone who has experience or exposure in building talent programs in talent acquisition as well as performance management, succession planning, high potential identification, employment brand, new hire orientation and talent retention. Thinking about the future of talent excites you, and you will bring fresh ideas, experiences, and strategies to talent program development.
