Your Responsibilities

The Hospital Recource and Operations Coordinator coordinates daily operational and marketing activities of the Hospital Operations function. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness and compliance when it comes to pricing, documentation, processes, systems and approvals.

Additionally, the HROC assists the Hospital Order-to-Cash representative to process and resolve customer orders, credits and account issues when required while providing exceptional customer service to hospital customers.

What you’ll do

Operations Coordinator and Administrative Duties

 Preparation, maintenance and assignment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within Hospital Sales Operations.

 Assists hospital team with projects, innovations, contracts, RFP’s and priorities as required by the business.

 ReAssists hospital marketing manager with projects and launches including uploading content to systems.

 Responsible for reporting on as needed and routine basis and communicating key findings to team.

 Responsible for Purchase Order and Statement of Work coordination with third party vendors including payment, invoicing and budgets.

 Works directly with vendors and agencies for services supporting marketing and operational projects.

 Responsible for uploading and maintenance of customer lists and notifications in different systems and reporting within those systems if required.

 Responsible for distribution of hospital communications related to products service and supply as directed by management.

 Collaborate with sales regions and inter-departmental functions on projects, innovations and initiatives that support business growth.

 Champions the vendor contract payment and management process and is the system subject matter expert.

Hospitals Order-to-Cash Process Support

• Supports the Hospital Order-to-Cash process as needed with customer orders and inquiries.
• Provides support with credits and billing, and logistic inquiries as required.
• Provides exceptional customer service to hospital customers and escalates to manager when required.

Experience

The experience we’re looking for

• 2-3 years operations coordinator and administration support experience in office environment.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience delivering exception service to customers.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint, Salesforce.com and SAP.
• Experience in demonstrated good judgment, innovation, and creativity in improving work processes.

Education

• Undergraduate degree: College, university, or equivalent degree/diploma in business, health sciences, Customer Service or related subject required.
