Recruiting Solutions by Deborah Zsebok is recruiting for a Full Time BOOKKEEPER (Sage Software) on behalf of our Windsor, Ontario client. Our client specializes in high resolution imaging and non-destructive evaluation technologies for industrial manufacturing and materials applications with main production facilities located in Windsor, Ontario.
Responsibilities for a Full Time Bookkeeper (Sage Software) include:
-Accounts payable, accounts receivable
-Processing various reports including balance sheet, income statement, bank reconciliation, trial balance, financial statement
-Processing weekly payroll for approx. 50 employees in Canada and the USA
ADP exporting for USA payroll
Government compliance such as government weekly payroll remittances, WSIB and HST reporting etc.
Required Experience for a Full Time Bookkeeper (Sage Software) includes:
-Must be fluent in Sage software (ideally at the expert level)
-MUST have existing Canadian payroll and accounting on the job experience with a minimum 3 years on the job
-Preference given to those with a formal accounting education
-Preference given to those with previous manufacturing industry experience
-Be computer literate on Word, Excel and Outlook
-Be a clear verbal and written communicator
-Possess accurate data entry skills
-Be able to prioritize workload and meet all required deadlines
Hours and Compensation for a Full Time Bookkeeper (Sage Software):
-Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (40 hours/week with a paid lunch)
-Salaried position
-Pay Rate depending on experience and education
-Vacation – 2 weeks
-Cash in lieu of benefits
