Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the Assistant Project Management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project coordination.

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop comprehensive project plans for high-end residential construction, detailing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Ensure Assistant Project Managers adhere to project plans, specifications and maintain the highest quality standards.

Quality Control and Safety:

• Implement robust quality control measures, surpassing building codes and regulations for residential projects.
• Maintain a rigorous focus on safety, conducting regular inspections and promptly addressing any safety concerns.

Budget Oversight:

• Collaborate with the Assistant Project Management team to estimate project costs, monitor expenditures, and make strategic adjustments as needed.
• Manage project budgets effectively, achieving financial goals while delivering top-tier residential projects.

Client Interaction:

• Engage directly with clients to address concerns, provide transparent updates on project progress, and ensure overall satisfaction with the construction process.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Oversee the meticulous maintenance of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Provide comprehensive and regular reports to upper management, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges within residential construction projects.

Assistant Project Manager Support:

• Work closely with Assistant Project Managers, offering guidance, support, and solutions to challenges during residential construction projects.
• Ensure open and effective communication within the Assistant Project Management team, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or 3+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in high-end residential construction projects.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
