About the role:
As the Vice President of People and Culture, you will report directly to Redstone’s President and manage all People and Culture functions at Redstone. You will be responsible to provide strategic direction and support for all department Directors, the leadership team, and to the organization’s HR department, ensuring company alignment, succession planning, and a remarkable culture.
With advanced senior-level leadership experience, the Vice President of People and Culture will have a record of success leading organizational change and fostering dynamic organizational cultures. You will be responsible for ensuring that our people, our culture, and our core values are key considerations in developing and implementing strategy, priorities, policies, and operating principles for Redstone while ensuring they are affordable and realistic. The Vice President of People and Culture will lead and inspire the development and implementation of a progressive strategy that will advance Redstone’s organizational culture and cultivate an equitable, inclusive, respectful, engaged, and healthy work environment.

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 base salary based on experience + eligible bonuses
