Regis Finance Looking for Bookkeeper – Part Time at King, ON Full Time

Salary to be determined based on applicant experience and qualifications.

Looking for full cycle bookkeeper. Hourly position with flexible work schedule and the potential to move to full-time salaried in the future.

Responsibilities Include:

• Data entry – Post Journal Entries, Maintain General Ledgers & Financial Statements
• Full Cycle Bookkeeping Services – AP, Payroll, Daily Reconciliation, Track Inter-company Balances

Requirements:

• Accounting or finance degree, diploma or equivalent post-secondary education
• Experience in full cycle bookkeeping or accounting position
• Year-End, adjusting journal entries experience
• Extensive QuickBooks Desktop experience required (min. 3 yrs)
• High Proficiency in Word & Excel
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a small team
• Maturity, professionalism, integrity

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• QuickBooks Desktop: 2 years (required)
• Full Cycle Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
