As a Customer Experience Representative (CXR), you would process transaction requests for Monthly and Transient Parking customers. Transaction requests will come through multiple channels including calls, emails, online forms, SMS, and chat interactions. A successful CXR provides consistent, efficient, and professional customer service in assisting internal and external customers with monthly and daily parking requirements.
This is a permanent work-from-home position. It will be a full time position for 35 to 40 hours weekly work schedule between 8:30am – 5pm Pacific Time / 11:30am – 8pm Eastern Time.
