Our client, located in the GTA, is the market leader in the sales and distribution of batteries and battery products in Canada. They are looking for a Senior Director, Industrial Sales to lead their Sales and Service teams across the country. Reporting to the President and focusing on Electric Lift Truck, AGV and Loco Motive markets the Senior Director is responsible to develop and execute sales strategy to drive revenue and growth. The right person will bring at least 10 years of senior sales management experience coupled with strong strategic planning and well developed negotiation skills. In addition, the right person will have excellent people, communication and problem solving skills and a desire to be part of a growing and successful company. Experience managing sales teams is a requirement for the role. Automotive aftermarket experience is considered an asset.
