We really have the most amazing clients and therefore we are seeking the most amazing Customer Service Coordinator to be the full time face of the business when clients arrive. This position is in Cochrane, Alberta in a growing medical spa which has 6 treatments rooms. We provide over 99 services including CoolSculpting, Thermage, Injectables, facials and carry over 5 skin care lines. We are seeking a truly dynamic cheerful person to join our close-knit team.

Responsibilities & Duties
Core Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the client calls, emails and correspondence.
· Ensuring scheduling of appointments is clear and in proper order for the technicians’ schedules.
· Regular communication with owner as needed for customer satisfaction and trouble shooting.
· Participating in staff meetings with an emphasis on customer support.
· Attending all training sessions and events.
· Assist with the execution of spa events.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
· Daily interaction with clients on various social platforms
· Communicate with technicians regarding client care and expectations.
· Follow all spa process and procedures accordingly and consistently.
· Display stellar customer service and professionalism toward team members.
· Assist with inventory and intake of shipments.
· Input on marketing and customer support.
· Fulfillment of orders from the e-store.
Qualification & Skills
· 2+ years in a reception position in the service industry.
· Attentive eye for detail and a passion for Customer Service.
· Highly proficient with Instagram, Facebook, Mailchimp, Google Business, TikTok
· Must enjoy using social media.
· Experience with event planning is a bonus.
· Self-motivated and solid attendance record is a must.
· Discretion and professionalism required.
· Beauty industry experience is bonus, not required.
· Can manage multiple clients at one time and maintain cool composure.
