Role Description
This is a full-time construction project manager role located in Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with flexibility for some remote work. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and budgeting complex construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. The Construction Project Manager will also be responsible for managing construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensuring that all construction work is of high quality and meets industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Construction Project Management, Project Coordination, and Project Management skills
- Budgeting and Construction Management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience with renovation projects is a plus
- AutoCAD or Revit
