The Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in managing the inquiries and requests from the Talent Acquisition team and our hiring managers with respect to our applicant tracking system and other recruitment related activities. The goal is to create a positive experience through exceptional customer service and effective and efficient handling of requests. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages full cycle recruitment for student positions within our support office.
In this role you will be focused on:
Internal clients receiving expert and knowledgeable support with inquiries related to recruitment activities and processes based on a strong understanding of our applicant tracking system (Workday)
Handling requests and inquiries, including indirect offer letters, with efficiency and strong attention to detail and responding by end of day; and
Recruiting for student positions within our support office using effective selection and talent identification techniques to ensure highest quality of available candidates are identified and hired.
What YOU will do
Assist hiring managers by providing Workday support with recruitment process including creation of job requisitions as needed;
Monitor and respond to recruitment inquiries and requests received through the ticketing system;
Manage indirect offer letter requests with accuracy and efficiency;
Full-cycle recruitment for student vacancies in support office;
Assist with developing passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research;
Maintain and update the Talent Acquisition section of our employee intranet;
Compile recruitment data and prepares quarterly dashboard and ad hoc reports;
Track and process all applicable Talent Acquisition invoices;
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and/or colleges for support office student hiring;
Research, organize and attend, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, any pertinent job fairs;
Performs various administrative tasks that support the talent acquisition function;
Uphold and promote the organization’s values and philosophy relating particularly to ethics, morality, and integrity as set out in Revera’s Code of Conduct; and
Complete all other duties as assigned.
What YOU bring:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or equivalent
1 – 3 years of related work experience;
Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care with a focus on quality customer service;
Exceptional listening, problem solving and analytical skills;
Effective oral and written communication skills;
Adept at establishing rapport with customers and act with the customer in mind;
Ability to elicit first-hand customer information and use it to resolve their queries;
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, have a positive attitude, proactive approach and strong work ethic;
Ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple activities to meet deadlines;
Experience with Workday an asset; and
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
