We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on Director, Talent Strategy & Analytics who has the ability to work in a collaborative and independent setting. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills. This person will need to interpret, present, and explain complex data analytics issues to various internal business partners and external auditors, and must be able to develop and manage processes and controls. The Director, Talent Strategy & Analytics is expected to exhibit high professional standards and attention to detail while working on numerous routine and ad hoc accounting and billing operation support functions.
Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic advice on data and database management enhancements and requirements, ensuring they are beneficial to the business segment and organization;
- Developing advanced insights from interpretation of data, presenting recommendations in a compelling way to support business decisions;
- Ensuring data reporting and visualization processes and practices are in place to support generation of data reports that allow for clear and consistent comprehension of complex and technical information across the business globally;
- Serving as subject matter expert on reporting tools and systems, possessing super user access on variety of platforms used by the department;
- Spearheading multiple large-scale projects or programs, reviewing high-level milestones and ensuring mitigation plans are in place for identified risks or new issues that arise;
- Keeping stakeholders appraised of project or program risks and handling difficult decisions and communications when timelines cannot be achieved;
- Reviewing information on resource usage across projects or programs and plans for future requirements and investments;
- Overseeing talent strategy/data analysis activities, providing guidance on team’s strategic plans and determining next objectives;
- Regularly interacting with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning the Talent Acquisition key performance indicators, resources, transactional history and finances at the regional and global levels;
- Managing relationships with outside vendors, including performance evaluation and termination of relationships as needed;
- Making decisions for the department on a regional or global scale, including financial aspects of decision-making such as budget and costing.
Qualifications:
- Relevant educational qualifications including a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management and Planning, Talent Operating Model Strategy, Organization Design and Effectiveness, Talent Capability Assessments
- Experience in tools like Microsoft Excel, Anaplan, Tableau / PowerBI is required
