We are looking for Customer Success Specialist in Canada. This position is eligible for a Fully Remote work arrangement.

The Opportunity:
The “Customer Success Specialist” is responsible for contributing to the overall success of Ritchie List through administration and customer support. You will have a passion for overachievement and a never-settle attitude to help Ritchie List grow and scale our listing services marketplace. The position is assisting customers with listing their assets on Ritchie List Marketplace and providing ongoing customer support.

• Responsible for managing customer relationships after onboarding, including proactively speaking with our customers throughout their subscription on Ritchie List.
• Review Seller listings and determining solutions for Ritchie List Sellers to support the transaction of their assets on Ritchie List.
• Educate Sellers on the benefits of our Inventory Management System (IMS), and support to list their assets via IMS on Ritchie List.
• Activate customer accounts and ensure correct invoicing for their subscription services.
• Provide ongoing customer support, following up with customers for administrative purposes and demos, uploading customer assets, along with providing troubleshooting assistance for orders.
• Responsible for all sales/customer operations for Ritchie List, including back-end support for the Sales team.
• Analyze customer feedback, negotiate with customers, implement retention strategies.
• Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.

Here’s what you bring:

• 3-5 years of prior experience in Customer Success / Customer Retention
• College Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
• Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
