Working under the direction of the DOCC, the LPN Clinical Supervisor is to provide professional leadership while enhancing the physical and mental well being of clients in an atmosphere of continuous quality improvement. The clinical Supervisor works with clients, families, other care staff, visiting caregivers, physicians and other stakeholders to ensure quality care delivery to clients and strive to uphold the goals and mission statement of REL.
Good judgement, initiative, flexibility, caring. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must be currently licensed by the College of Practical Nurses in Nova Scotia.
Current medication Course
Current certificate at the standard level of First Aid and CPR
