Our Hi-Tech client Needs an accountant for a part-time, three-month opportunity with the possibility of extension. In this role you will perform full cycle accounting to a growing, organization.

The accountant’s duties will include:

·      Performing accounts payable and receivable activities

·      Preparing balance sheet reconciliations

·      Preparing journal entries and analysis

·      Assisting in period end activities

·      Supporting external audit activities

·      Preparing ad hoc reports

·      Other duties as required

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

·      Post-secondary education in a relevant field

·      At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

·      Knowledge of IFRS a strong asset

·      Excellent communication skills, written and spoken

·      CPA a strong asset
