What your day to day looks like:

• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• You will be the first point of contact and will greet people and direct them to contacts
• Compiling reports
• Perform clerical duties, such as filing, updating templates, preparing quotes
• Distributing mail
• Dealing with courier shipments
• Ordering office supplies

Requirements:

• 6+ years Administrative/Reception experience
• Experience working in the oil and gas industry would be considered an asset
• The ability to take direction well
• The ability to take initiative
• Excellent at multi-tasking
• Portrays a high level of professionalism
