Description DESCRIPTION: Robert Half is recruiting now for an experienced Marketing Assistant to fulfill an exciting contract/temporary role with our Client. As the successful Candidate, you will be working to uphold brand standards in all marketing and advertising, making sure that brand guidelines are up to date and effectively distributed throughout our client’s organization. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge to compile and review daily, weekly, and monthly gate admission reports, and offers suggestions to close any performance gaps. You will support the administration and deployment of paid media and departmental requests for special occasions and fund-raising initiatives. You will also coordinates with production companies and graphic designers to create necessary collateral (including signs) and on-site marketing for all departments. This role is based in Calgary, AB., but is open to hybrid remote work concessions (work from home/work from office) for eligible candidates located within the Calgary, AB., region.

Requirements
MUST HAVES:
- 3+ years in a similar role/experience with strong technical skills, including expertise with marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional interpersonal skills along with solid skills in verbal and written communication and the ability to speak to various technologies to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to think outside the box with excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities
- Post-secondary Degree/Diploma, Adult Education preferred or equivalent
- Working experience is a definite asset
