Our client in Mississauga is looking for a Configuration/Implementation Analyst for a 6 months contract to start, hybrid role. If you have the below requirements, please apply today!
You will be responsible for all aspects of mobile app, kiosk, POS and any other software configurations and setup. You will develop and maintain expertise in all product offerings, including the knowledge of the end-to-end solution, back-end configuration, and setup.
- Completed post-secondary education or higher, preferably in IT or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in application configurations, data entry, or similar roles
- Detailed oriented, meticulous and extremely organized
- Proactive, assertive, and collaborative contributor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal as well as external constituents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project; capable of learning new technology quickly
- Massive appetite for learning and implementing new technologies
- Previous experience working in Hospitality, Food Industry
- Working experience with Jira is an asset
- Ensure menu information is entered accurately and menu structure is presented in the most effective and user-friendly form
- Facilitate on-time completion of each project while providing communication on the status of the deliverables to team lead
- Help identify and propose new features/products and recommend application improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
