The coordinator develops and proposes to his/her management the broad outlines of the company’s commercial strategy by collaborating with our authors and our editorial team.
Management of our social media, plan, coordinate and manage the implementation of campaigns
Analyze trends (societal, technological, etc.) and competition
Ensure monitoring of the website and its optimization
Define a marketing plan for the year which includes the organization of competitions, publications to be made and the planning of advertisements with publications
Inform our employees of our good costs through short press releases (booksellers, authors, etc.)
Communicate with all of our colleagues and company employees in order to inform them of our promotions, new products, presence in trade shows, the media
Supervise authors in their own investment in terms of visibility (for example: monitoring appearance in the media and social networks)
Coordinate the production of promotional materials in collaboration with the different teams (catalogues, bookmarks, posters, leaflets, etc.)
Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate new products to distributors and various customers
Contribute to the editorial process and provide support to the publishing team for the marketing vision
Management of the press relations officer and press release support
Develop research for new target audiences and possible strategies to adopt
Organization of events (e.g. book fair)
Website management
Job requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position or equivalent study
Relevant marketing training
French
English: bilingual
Required profile :
Focused on the development of ideas, creative, concern for results, autonomous in his tasks and strong team spirit
Terms :
Permanent position
37.5 hours per week (M-F 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.)
Start date: as soon as possible
Important :
The office is not easily accessible by public transportation.
Full-time position at our St-Bruno offices.
