Site Superintendent
The Site Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operations of construction projects. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality. Site superintendents also implement safety plans, resolve conflicts, and oversee the work of subcontractors.

- Pursuing or completed Carpentry apprenticeship
- Recognized Journeyman ticket in plumbing, electrical or heating considered an asset.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills

- Desire for continuing education and personal development
What will you do?
- Oversees the daily workflow of the site
- Ensure all homes are delivered on time, and within budget
- On-site implementation and management of Company safety program
- Project maintenance
- Customer satisfaction
Management of subcontractors, including:
- Scheduling
- Inspections
- Quality Control
- Approval of work
Management of materials, including:
- Scheduling and checking deliveries
- Correcting take offs
- Ensuring proper installation
- Performs other related duties as assigned
