Work with software developers and data quality assurance analysts to coordinate the development of various web crawlers and data ETL processes
Assist in the preparation, review, maintenance and approval of technical requirements and related documents
Assist in the development of project budgets, timelines, and monitoring activities
Verify data quality and integrity conforms to the client requirements and specifications
Liaise with clients, developers, and other internal or external parties to facilitate project delivery
Track productivity, costs and progress on projects
Report to management on project costs, health, and status
Liaise with, and inform clients on project schedule
Maintain files and correspondence on active and completed projects
Provide customer support to clients
Other administrative duties as required
Project Coordinator Requirements:
Post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field of study or relevant work experience
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and google sheets is key
Knowledge of JIRA is an asset
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work on tight deadlines
