Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources functions, ensuring a conducive and harmonious work environment for our employees. You will handle various HR activities encompassing training, compensation, employee relations, policy development, and company-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and facilitate employee and manager training programs aimed at enhancing skills, productivity, and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the HR Leadership to support the annual compensation review process and assist in administering bonus programs.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback, identify trends, and provide insights to enhance retention strategies and improve the overall employee experience.
• Provide guidance and support to management in handling disciplinary actions and resolving employee relations issues in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, or policy violations, maintaining objectivity and confidentiality throughout the process.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, aligning them with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Handle termination related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements while mitigating potential risks.
• Assist in implementing and administering performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various company-wide initiatives and projects, leveraging HR expertise to achieve organizational goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification (e.g., CPHR) is an asset
• 3+ years of hands-on experience within HR roles, with demonstrated proficiency in employee relations, training facilitation, and HR best practices.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software (MS Office Suite, ADP).
• Ability to pivot and adapt to changing environments in a fast-paced setting.
