Managing the Educational Services Centre of – RUP IELTS and Security Services BST (Basic Security Training) and other courses offered. Assist the Director in developing the ‘Train the Trainer’ programme manual & strategy
Assist the Director in hiring new Trainers for the courses offered. Manage class schedule & timetable. Increase class capacity through direct sales and online marketing.
Meet and present – RUP IELTS and Security Services BST (Basic Security Training) services to high potential clients (Colleges and other social organizations)
Coordinate and manage relationships with government and semi government organisations like WorkSafeBC (Regulatory Agency/workers compensation) and DIVERSEcity in order to sign services contracts for the provision of Security Services BST (Basic Security Training) for theirclients
Work closely with the Director to Identify, negotiate & close partnership agreements with franchisee business partners for commencing franchisee operations via ‘Train the Trainer’ programme in Vancouver MVRD, Ontario & Alberta
Consult & open doors with potential franchisee partners by leading exploratory discussions. Evaluate and develop business opportunities. Formalize business deals by presentations, sales and negotiating the best possible outcome for the organization and Director
Assist the Director in drawing up and consistently enhancing the ‘Train the Trainer’ programme
Assist the Director and Franchisee Partners from Inception to Deployment of new Franchisee Training Centers
Liaise with Franchisee Partners for completion of new Centre, to purchase right technology products (computers, headphones, networking etc) within the allocated budget
Conceive, negotiate and implement franchisee costing & profit sharing system
Formulate a system of monitoring franchisee partner performance by customer addressal systems to ensure contractual service quality levels are being followed
Prepare Memorandums of Understanding (MoU), Agreements & draft business proposals and presentations
Assist the Director and Franchisee Partners in forming Business Development, Online & Direct Marketing and Branding strategies
Open International Operations and IELTS test Centres in Asia by working closely for business approvals with International Development Programme (IDP)
Bachelor’s Degree Minimum, Master’s Degree Preferred
Experience in International Business & working effectively across all levels in a multicultural environment
Experience drafting Presentations and Business Agreements and other business documents
Ability to work with ambiguity and with complex, multi-dimensional problems, Ability to drive results
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to inspire, trust, and influence outcomes
