We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic people person to support our teams with various people operation tasks. As an HR Generalist, you will work together with the Head of People Operations to support our office and development teams Canada.

What you will do:
- Provide general administrative support while leveraging technology to streamline HR processes
- Generate standard personnel reporting as scheduled and upon request
- Prepare payroll files, employment contracts and other employment related documents
- Maintain and ensure data integrity across all HR platforms and tools
- Prepare, update, support and recommend people’s processes, policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other People Operations employees from international business units to share best practices and align with company-wide HR objectives
- Assist in planning and informing employees of company programs, events, and updates
- Respond to general employee inquiries
- Participate in initiatives to boost employee morale and maintain low turnover
All About You:
- 3+ years of related professional HR experience in a comparable environment
- Good understanding of Canadian employment law, HR concepts and standards
- Understanding of HRIS systems and processes
- A passion for automation, processes and systems
- Ability to think and work independently while supporting multiple areas simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Detail orientation and ability to stay focused
