We are looking for our London site (40 people) an HR Generalist, who formulates partnerships to deliver value-added service to leadership and team members that reflect business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Performs data entry and accuracy in time keeping system, databases, and HRIS;
• Compiles statistical reporting for the department, corporate, and regulatory agencies;
• Administration of compensation and planning including annual merit adjustments and bonus process. Proposes salary recommendations for new hires and promotions. Reviews job titles, descriptions, and classification, and proposes modifications to internal structure;
• Administers benefits programs and works with vendors and Safran USA to provide guidance and issue resolution;
• Oversees and implements talent management activities including performance management, people reviews, career committees, succession planning, retention strategies, coaching and development;
• Builds customized plans for implementing and communicating change, providing implementation support to leaders and team members;
• Leads full cycle staffing. Executes talent acquisition efforts, consulting with leaders on talent acquisition plans and sources. Recruits, screens, interviews and recommends internal and external applicants providing the appropriate mix of skills, talent, and diversity;
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, prompt, thorough and objective investigations;
• Acts as project manager and participates in HR and BU special projects, including continuous improvement intitiatives;
• Maintains broad knowledge of HR legal requirements, government reporting regulations, and HR best practices to ensure that policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance;
• Identifies and addresses diversity & inclusion objectives for the workforce;
• Develops, administers, organizes training plan for employees;
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
• Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements
Education and/or Experience
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and 3-5 years of Human Resources experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Ability to and familiarity working in a matrixed environment

Highly organized with ability to multitask and excel in a fast paced, changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to direct, motivate, and provide constructive feedback
