Our client is an industry leading direct mail and fulfillment company which operates a sister company focused on marketing and gift boxes. They have a great reputation for creating exceptional client and employee appreciation gifts which can be completely customized. Our client is now ready to launch their third arm of the business focused on disrupting and bringing innovation to the Promotional and Incentives industry in Canada.
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for building the Promotional and Incentive Division and help shape and develop it from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to directly contribute to the company’s success and play a significant role in shaping its future. As a creative individual with superior business development skills, you’ll have the chance to drive new revenue while shaping the division’s vision, strategy, and operational framework and, in time, grow a team and step into the VP of Sales role for this division.
