Our client is one of the world’s leading HR Solutions Providers. About The Role
- Selling – staffing solutions for perm, temp, PRO and outsourcing
- Targeting – National Accounts with 3M+ in billings per year – average of 55 headcount
- Industry verticals – all
- Decision makers you’ll be selling to – C suite, VP or Director of HR, Operations, Talent Acquisition
- Average deal size / average billings per account – 3M+
- Sales cycles – 2 months
- Measure of success for year 1 – 2.5M in conversion
- Remote role from your home office, with occasional travel to client locations (expenses will be reimbursed)
About you:
- Experience selling temp staffing solutions or perm
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Skilled in the art of networking, lead generation and prospecting
- High level of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong client relationships, close new business and expand the marketplace
- Working knowledge of labour and employment laws is an asset
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites

- Minimum base salary of $85,000 with a range above depending on experience
