The Marketing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales operations on developing promotional campaigns and marketing strategies, including analyzing the market trends to present new products and services to meet customer demands and public interests.
Job Duties
Marketing Coordination
Manages marketing projects including developing a project plan, budgeting, obtaining quotes, selection of contractors and vendors, and coordinating contractor/vendor work
Maintain monthly intercompany invoicing in conjunction with accounting for the dispersion of marketing expenses amongst multiple corporate entities
Support the development, planning, execution and administration of a broad range of marketing initiatives and solutions to support Salvi’s brand
Integration of communications plan into current communications and technology tools (e.g., advertisements)
Update, monitor, and maintain the company website and social media platforms, blogs, digital marketing automation, SEO
Responsible to approve and pay social media advertising through third party providers
Development of marketing materials and branding/visuals
Development and implementation of program-specific marketing plans for various initiatives throughout the year
Research and recommend marketing opportunities
Review branding and positioning of the company to ensure impact and awareness
Contribute to marketing strategies, plans and objectives
Implement marketing strategies
Implement/manage marketing procedures and processes and evaluate existing practice and opportunities for standardization
Build and/or manage third party communication templates and manage e-direct mailers and prospect communications
Connect with existing and potential clients for new offers, generating revenue and business profitability
Sales Coordination
Assist the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all sales representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material
Ensuring that sales activities are carried out ethically and in accordance with legal and budgetary requirements
Recommending appropriate sales strategy for the organization’s products
Developing and implementing ideas that will help the organization to meet sales’ goals
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events
Ensuring contracts with customers are signed by designated officers
Providing after-sales services to customers
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and clients requests are handled efficiently
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department
Coordinate with purchasers, solicitors, Sales Manager, service and warranty
Send out calendar invites for preoccupancy inspections and possessions
Update Salvi Possession Calendar
Marketing & Sales Reporting
Report on marketing and sales activities on a monthly/quarterly basis
Create a monthly marketing and sales report for the Sales Manager and/or President
Monitor and report on milestones, relationships, and contract requirements
Prepare and present marketing and/or sales revenue reports as requested
Education & Experience
Post-secondary education in commerce or business administration and/or a combination of relevant education or experience
Minimum two (2) years of marketing/sales experience required
Good knowledge of the residential sales industry and trends
Experience with CRM software and social media platforms
Working knowledge of MS Office (e.g., MS Office Teams, etc.) and other technology

Working Conditions
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Ability to travel to sales center and to site as required
Position is currently a hybrid working arrangement (in-office with the ability to work occasionally from home)
