This function is responsible for the verification and processing of partner warranty claims while ensuring that both internal KPI targets as well as customer expectations are met. Basic analysis of trends and issues, as well as basic reporting is also required. This role processes a large volume of claims daily and requires the ability to remain focused and calm.
Role and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing of all Warranty Claims in compliance with HQ requirements
Communication with service partners.
Creation and processing of reports as required in order to support divisional programs and requirements.
Verification of invoices.
Audit Support
Basic trend analysis is required.
Support and back up to team members within the Service Administration Dept.
The ability to make and act on a decision and arrive at a resolution.
Managing multiple and diverse service priorities while ensuring both our partners and internal requirements are met.
Skills and Qualifications
Education:
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of all business units including finance, taxation, system integration.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Motivated with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in a support role preferred
Requires stress management and professionalism while meeting challenges of a fast paced changing work environment.
The ability to multi – task would be a strong asset.
