About the team
Our Product Support team is responsible for the technical support of the SAP Transportation Management product. SAP Transportation Management helps our customers to optimize logistics and reduce transportation complexity within the supply chain, while also driving sustainability. Our team is driven by a desire to provide customers outstanding technical support and an effortless experience in issue resolution. What you’ll do
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Supply Chain Support – Transportation Management
Location: Vancouver, BC
Expected start date to end date: September 06, 2022 – April 28, 2023
In this role, you’ll
Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services.
Analyze complex, real world, unique problems, often working in production environments.
Research, document, and share knowledge through creation of Knowledge Base articles, Wiki documents, SAP Community answers, etc.
Perform Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
Feel the satisfaction of delivering a solution to customers that makes their businesses run simpler and better.
Work as part of an international team; meet, work, and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world!
Participate in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance
Attend (external and internal) e-Learning Lessons, Remote Learning Sessions, Classroom Training and Coaching.
Help to ensure SLAs are met on time and escalated cases are assigned promptly to the right experts.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related areas
Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming desired (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.)
Some knowledge of database structures and SQL preferred
Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written)
Problem solving/analytical skills
Strong time management skills
Flexible approach to working in teams and remote environments
Fluent in English
