  What you’ll be doing

• Safely and efficiently transport material to and from our customer’s locations

• Driving various shifts Sunday thru Saturday

• 10 hour shifts (hours can vary day to day)

  Requirements of a Successful Class 1 Driver

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License needed

• High School or GED

• 18 years of age or older

• Minimum of 1-year experience operating tractor/trailer combination

• The ability to work from written and verbal instructions

• Work with a team, take direction from supervisor(s), adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules

• Safely perform the essential functions of the job without posing a direct threat to the safety of his or her own self, or the safety of others

• Work overtime as required

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English

• Successful candidates must be willing to work any shift, including weekends

  Physical Requirements

• This position requires the willingness and ability to work at heights as well as climb stairs

• Lift up to 50 pounds

• Work in an environment containing coal dust and in hot, cold, and wet environments

• Must have the ability and willingness to perform the essential physical functions of the position

• Candidates must be willing and able to wear all required personal protective equipment which could include a respirator
