Your mission, should you decide to accept it.
As the Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide variety of external and internal communications initiatives in collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team. You will be championing the content syndication initiatives through partnering with local media channels and industry influencers. You will run all our digital events programs and work closely with other departments in order to make these successful. You will be measured against key metrics identified for our lead generation programs with clear initiatives on how to achieve them.
Responsibilities
- Research, propose, and implement content syndication programs for multiple products
- Work closely with the content and performance teams on content and nurture activities necessary to run the content syndication program and required follow-on activities
- Project management for internal and external digital events/webinar programs
- Work closely with content, creative and performance teams for tasks needed to run our digital events program
- Ideation and implementation of campaigns for employer brand initiatives
- Analyze program and campaign performance, and make recommendations for further improvement
- Work with key internal role-players to align content ideas with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives
- Ensures campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and within project scope
- Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that we produce high-quality copy
- Assistance with other communications projects like news announcements, media monitoring, and internal communications
Qualifications
- Previous experience in communications, lead generation, or project management for 2-4 years
- Degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or similar field, or relevant experience in these fields
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational, time-management, and project management skills
- Experience in SaaS a plus
- Experience with asana a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail
