Office Administrator and Social Event/Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking an individual that is passionate about our community, can handle office administration tasks and the organizing of social events, as well as the ability and knowledge to market our firm. The ideal candidate must have relevant work experience, along with an undergraduate degree or college diploma in office management and/or marketing or a similar field. We are looking for someone that has strong organization and communications skills with the ability to report on analytics, and the knowledge to handle budgeting. This candidate must possess a deep understanding of SMM and how to maximize the use of this platform. This professional should have the passion for understanding marketing principles with ability to organize and prioritize events while handling office management tasks. Main Responsibilities for this Role:
• Maximize the effectiveness of the office.
• Maintain all office supply inventory and placing of orders.
• Assist in vendor relationship management.
• Update website bios and coordinate photos, when necessary.
• Organizing office layout and renovations, manage and over see furniture movements and coordination with IT Department on all office equipment.
• Maintaining office conditions and overseeing office repairs.
• Support Financial Controller with various other tasks.
• Participate in the planning of annual calendar of social events.
• Prepare and maintain budget for annual events.
• Plan and execute in-house or off-site activities, events, parties, celebrations, and conference.
• Promote events through social media channels.
• Participate in brand discussions to expand and promote firm through social media.
• Execute digital and social media messaging and written content for social media, maintaining the firms tone in consultation with stakeholders.
• Find new and exciting ways to drive awareness, conversation and the firm values.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to synthesize key insights for changes in social presence.
• Work along side management to encourage the use of social media to optimize and improve followers and client base.
• Manage and develop monthly social media reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications Field
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the field(s).
• Social Media Content Writing Experience.
• Experience with Social Media Platform Management.
• Experience with Office Management.
• Ability to set goals, deadlines and follow through with them.
• Strength in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel preferable but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• A business accruement with ability to consistently represent the firm in a professional manner.
Desired Skills:
• Social Media Management Certificate
• Graphic Design Abilities
• Website Design, would be an asset
