The successful candidate must:
possess relevant university training with a
diploma in Technology Education, or its equivalent related to the
position;
possess relevant, successful teaching experience
in Physical Education and Technology Education including Robotics at the
high school level;
possess specialized Trades training including Red
Seal Certification;
knowledge and experience in collaborating to
co-plan, co-teach and co-assess inclusive learning environments where all
students are connected, supported, engaged and challenged;
be familiar with the BC Student Performance
Standards; and,
have a solid understanding and knowledge of the
new Ministry curriculum and competencies.
