Reporting to the Group General Manager, in this role, you will:
· Mentor team members to enhance their leadership abilities.
· Identify and nurturing emerging leaders within the team.
· Providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members to support their growth.
· Set clear, achievable and measurable objectives and ensuring that corporate service standards are consistently met.
· Support/oversee strategic and tactical plans to meet service level requirements at the lowest possible cost while maintaining quality within designated acceptable range
· Budget/forecasting of $30M+ annually (variance explanations and the development of improvement plans).
· Maintain positive and constructive relationships with clients/customers and identifying opportunities for increased revenue/profit and ensuring the statements of work are compatible with operating capacities or developing the plans to increase operational capabilities of the facility.
